Middle School

Annesley College Middle School is designed to meet the specific intellectual, physical, emotional and spiritual needs of adolescent girls.

This is accomplished through:

  • a broad curriculum that is challenging and relevant, allowing students to make informed choices about their future direction
  • teaching and learning methodologies that encourage risk taking, keen engagement and are adapted to cater for a variety of girl's learning styles
  • the integration of information and communication technologies across all areas of the curriculum through our laptop program
  • the provision of exciting outdoor education experiences that foster team building, and encourage a spirit of adventure and self discovery along with the development of independence and resilience
  • close pastoral care through the development of positive relationships between teachers, students and their families and through the inclusion of 'Program Achieve' in our curriculum
  • the provision of leadership opportunities through the Student Representative Coucil (SRC)
  • the opportunity to engage in a vast range of extra curricular activities.
