Community
The Annesley
College Community is an integral part of the Annesley experience
for every family. It promoting a sense of community support and
fellowship.
The
Annesley Parents Association
(APA) work together to provide support to the College in fundraising,
networking and providing resources on those occasions and events
during the school year, which run more efficiently with an 'extra
pair of hands'. The APA undertake a variety of functions within
the College including coffee mornings for year levels, quiz nights,
bulb drives, a monster garage sale, golf days, dinners, breakfasts,
etc.
The
Boarders Parents Association (BPA) provides a network
of fellowship, support and information to parents across South Australia,
interstate and overseas. The BPA discusses issues primarily relating
to boarders and boarding facilities, and enjoys social activities
at various times throughout the year.
The
Old Scholars Association
was formed in 1905, and provided a way for former pupils of the
school to meet regularly, thereby maintaining friendships. It now
boasts a very strong membership, and is an active association within
the Annesley College community. Our Patchell Historical Centre contains
a century of memorabilia.
The
Foundation is a group of parents, Old Scholars and friends
who are committed to ensuring that Annesley continues to provide
the best education possible in a financially stable environment.
The
Friends of Annesley provides a basis for parents of students,
who are not old scholars, to remain in contact with Annesley College
after their daughter has completed her education.
Co-ordinated
through the Development Office, these committees filter information
