To volunteer at Annesley, you will need to undertake the following Application Process. This will involve several steps including obtaining a Working With Children Check (WWCC), online and onsite training.

At Annesley, we recognise the value of Volunteers who generously give their time to undertake many roles within our school. Volunteering is a rewarding experience and of great benefit to our community.
How to become a Volunteer at Annesley
Application Process
- Complete the online Volunteer Application form via the link provided here.
- On acceptance a Working With Children Check will be arranged on your behalf.
- You will also need to complete an online training module – Responding to Risks of Harm, Abuse and Neglect (RRHAN) via the link here.
- Annesley will complete a review of your application and notify you of any further requirements for your volunteer approval. Confirmation as an approved volunteer is required before attending Annesley in a volunteer capacity.
Onsite Training
Once approved, Annesley Volunteers will be required to attend an on-site induction session prior to commencing as a volunteer at Annesley.
This involves:
- The Volunteer Coordinator meeting you to provide you with a tour of the area on campus relevant to your role.
- The Volunteer Coordinator guiding you through the sign-in and sign-out procedure at the front office (this must occur on each visit).
- You will be advised how to report an injury if you injure yourself while volunteering at Annesley.
