Application Process
At Annesley, we recognise the value of the professional service providers who work with our students.
Whether it be for Allied Health purposes or tutoring, in the music field, sport or the many other development opportunities we consider each to be an integral part of the school learning experience.
To work with students at Annesley, you will need to undertake the following Application Process. This will involve several steps including obtaining a Working with Children Check (WWCC), online and onsite training.
- Please complete the online Direct Service Provider Application form via the link provided here.
- Annesley will complete a review of your application and notify you of requirements for your approval. Confirmation as an approved service provider is required before attending Annesley.
